  • What are your working hours?
    Our customer care service is available 24/7 and you can contact us at any time. Assemblies are normally carried out between 7am and 6pm but can be scheduled for evenings and weekends at no extra cost!

  • How much do you charge for the assembly?
    Our prices start at just £35. The exact price depends on your requirements, so please contact us for a no-obligation fixed-price quotation today.

  • What if the furniture is damaged, broken or have missing pieces?
    If only a few bolts are missing, then we will try to replace them with spares. However, if a crucial element of your furniture is nowhere to be found – or damaged – then we will issue a report so you can take the problem to the furniture retailer.

  • What areas do you cover?
    We do cover Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and South Yorkshire areas. However, the assembly service can be provided in other areas as well; please contact us for further information.

  • What are the payment methods you accept and do you require any deposit?
    The payment is taken after completion of the job.
    We accept cash or bank transfer.

  • Do you take care of the packaging?
    DP Flat Pack does not remove waste packaging.
